Reflection Questions:
(1) What locations and subject matter did you choose to shoot your photos?
The locations and subject matter chosen to shoot these photos with, would be a mix of nature and urban places for locations. The subject matter used in these photos would be different objects.
(2) Describe the photos you took.
The photos that were taken were used to depict common objects you see daily in a new and interesting way.
(3) From what point of view did you photograph your subject matter?
The point of view from which these photos were taken would be mostly from above (or bird's eye view) and a couple photos were taken straight on.
(4) Why did you choose this point of view?
I chose these points of views simply because these views were some the most interesting ways to depict these objects.
(5) Did you use rule of thirds when composing your photos? Which ones? Describe how you used it.
In some of the photos the rule of thirds was applied, the pictures that this rule applies to would be pictures 2 and 3. I used the rule by placing the objects (in this case a pedestal and a tree) into the left and right of the picturing or putting the objects into the thirds of the photo.
(6) Which photograph do you feel most successfully uses lines to lead the viewers eye through the image?
The photograph that best uses lines to lead the viewers eye through the image would be picture 6 (the stairway).
(7) Which photograph do you think is the most dynamic composition for showing shape? Why?
The photograph that best shows the most dynamic composition for showing shape would be picture 2 (the pedestal) because it displays the shape of the pedestal like object with its sphere and cylinder.
